What are liver disorders?
The liver is the largest organ of the body that helps in storing energy and removing the poisons from our body. Liver disorders are of many types such as:
Acute hepatitis - It is inflammation of the liver caused by one of the five hepatitis viruses which are Hep A, B, C, D, and E.
Chronic hepatitis - This is the inflammation of the liver that lasts for more than six months.
Cirrhosis- It is fibrosis of the liver which is caused due to different forms of liver diseases and conditions such as alcoholism or hepatitis.
Cancer - The cancers that affect the liver are metastatic cancer and are spread through the blood to the liver.
Fatty Liver disease - This occurs when there is too much formation of fat in the liver.
How can Ayurveda cure Liver Disorders?
As per the Ayurveda, the liver is a vital organ for metabolism of the food consumed by an individual. In Ayurveda, the herbs that taste biter and give cooling effect are good for the liver. Some of the herbs that can be taken are neem, kutki, aloe vera, amla, karela, turmeric, punarnava. Green leafy vegetables, carrots, beets, and apples are also good for the liver. The Suryavarthi is the most prescribed medicine for liver disorders in Ayurveda. Ayurveda has been proficient at treating liver disease for centuries, and also the drug toxicity appears to be lower than conventional medicine.

Dosage: One tablet twice a day at your convenience.
L–Mitra: Works on all liver disorders.
Dosage: Two tablets twice a day after breakfast and in the evening.
For better results use this ayurvedic medication for a minimum period of 3 months.
