Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered with in India only. We don't have a facility to ship outside India as of now. We are working on this and will update soon.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 1 working day (We don't ship on Saturdays) or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. VAN Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within one / two working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card/bank transfers only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). VAN Ltd is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. For payments VAN Ltd is proud to use EBS Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards / net banking / debit cards are accepted.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

The shipping charges are Rs. 100 for all orders below or equal to Rs.999 and FREE shipping for all orders equal or above Rs.1000/-.

Shipping Policy

• All orders received on the weekdays shall be despatched on the same day or the day after.
• All orders placed after 3pm on Friday shall only be despatched on Monday. The delivery of the same shall depend upon the distance of the destination from the despatch location.
• Delivery to Andhra and Telangana takes between 2-3 days from the date of despatch. All The other southern states shall be delivered with in a week.
• Rest of the states in India may typically take between 7-10 days (depending upon the distance).
• Company shall not be responsible to any further/unforeseen delays occurred during the transit by the shipper and assures the customer that we shall make sure the package, though delayed shall be most certainly be delivered to the consumer.
• WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% no money back guaranty. If you have received the products damaged that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund or resend you the same product again (you only have to pay the delivery charges).
